Abigail Stratton
Sunday Nursery Coordinator

Abigail was program manager at the Children's Discovery Museum of Central Maine for five years, developing and facilitating creative programming for children of all ages, and building relationships with members; past collaborations include programs with the First Amendment Museum, and Viles Arboretum. She loves to find ways to engage children in hands-on learning through play, and feels nourished by being a part of inspiring confidence in growing and curious minds. Abigail appreciates working collaboratively, and seeks to create welcoming spaces where each person can feel inspired to play and grow.  When she's not working, she enjoys face painting in the local community (often for the KVYMCA or Johnson Hall Opera House), advocating for safer streets, learning about nature, or drawing in a quiet space.
